Painful throat while swallowing anything, excessing saliva formation, swollen glands, mild fever

Causing continuous dry cough ,but no fever and cold ,sometimes skin bulge cause, I am taking blood & urine test recently but doctor says its normal ,but this problems are continuously , how its solved easily doctor

Some white radiating appearance with sole patchy appearance on tongue are appearing since three month

I am having cough for past week, no cold and runny noses just cough. It severe during nights or when laid back . I can feel lot of mucos in tract but cudnt flush it out, sometimes I get severe cough with vomit feeling also suddenly the tract gets blocked and couldn't cough.

I've been having throat problems for over two months now, sometimes its okay and painful at times. It doesnt get soar all the time but the sticky saliva kinda thing remains plus i also have tonsil stones, a crypt formation on left side and tonsil gland still there on right. Doctors here say it is just some infection and i have already done 3 med courses asked by them, 2 homeopathic and one alopathy.

Noticed an enlarged lymph node in my neck, it's been there for almost 5 months now. Have been experiencing shortness of breath and pressure in my chest for a few months now also. Also noticed that I bruise VERY easily, which I have never have done before. Should I be worried?
