Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am getting snorring in recent times. May I know the exact reason why this is happeening.

15 year old suffers from car rhinorrhea since 10 months did endoscopic third ventriculostomy , due to hydrocephalus, but the csf rhinorrhea continues although it reduced bit...its like 20 drops daily when she bend forward
