Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doc I have stones in one tonsil and other one is perfect but when I get stone in one tonsil I easily removed by cotton bud but when it's difficult to get stone out in gargle with warm salt water and stone pop out easily but for last 3 days I can't do it and there is a pain which goes towards ear and then to my head and the outer side of my tonsil means neck there is some hard thing feeling you can't see it but by touching you can feel it kindly guide weather i should go for tonsillectomy?

I can't sleep because of my nose and throat getting blocked every night. This has been happening for the past month and I have to sleep with my mouth open. Once I clear my nose in the morning is when I can get some sleep but it does not feel like I am getting any rest.

My boyfriend got this spot looking thing on his nose and have had it for 6 months. It’s quite big and not press able so obviously not a spot. What is it? All we read online is cancer!

Constant coughing congestion sore throat i am staying awake all night coughing

Dizzyness occasionally during day time. Had neck pain sometime back but not now. However this dizzy spell is causing problem. Can you please advice

For the past two days, l haven't been able to eat anything because when l swallow, my throat hurts a lot immediately. Also, my sinuses don't look like they usually seem and when l blow my nose, hardly anything comes out. Everything seems to hurt, including my stomach when l sneeze or I cough as it tightens a bit. l also feel super weak, l can hardly drink and l often feel dizzy whenever l stand up or sit up. l have to lie in bed all the times and it is really annoying.

I have a sore throat and ear pain on my left side when I swallow. I feel like it is deep ear pain. I also feel a small lump on the side of my mouth at the back to the left of where the tongue ends. I also have some dental pain on the left side when I bite my teeth together.I've had this for 1week but it has gotten worse and yesterday a fever and nasal congestion started. I don't have swollen neck glands.tried ibuprofen and paracetamol but still have sore throat/ear when swallow. Worse at night

I have a problem of producing excessive saliva all day long. I have to keep spitting out. I have this problem for past 3 months.By the reason I have bad breath.

I have been suffering from a severe cough for last 3 days & not able to sleep & eat food

I met with an accident and hurt the area under eye.Swelling is there which is reducing everyday.Visited eye doctor and they confirmed that vision is ok but I am coughing & blood is coming with mucus,4-5 times a day.what should I do?
