Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from throat infection since 2 years Nose bone is slightly tilted, constiunt cough

I'm having throat infection followed by cold which is continued for more than a month. I've tried amoxicillin and cepfodoxime proxetil. Things are going really worse. I'm losing control on whole body

To whom this request is concerned, ma'am/sir am very much prone to cough and cold. My nose is getting blocked due to mucus. Am experiencing a little head ache and my body temperature is little bit high. From medical store I bought one medicine named as coldact. I want to know whether this is beneficial for my condition or should I go for some other medicine.

I've been using oxyspray for my sinus congestion as prescribed by my doctor about a year ago. Can I substitute duonase for oxyspray? Does duonase helps in relieving sinusitis nasal congestion?

I have an Upper Respiratory Infection. I've went through most of my antibiotics and it is clearing up. The only issue I'm having now is my ear still feels like its being muffled and I have a cough that is so bad it makes me vomit at times. Is there anyway to fix this?
