Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have an irritated bump on my tonsils. it hurts when I swallow or eat . it doesn't pop. it doesn't seem to be getting bigger. I noticed it about two days ago . and before then I had some tonsil stones that I had removed with a bobby pin. do u have any idea what the bump could be? I have tested for STDs already a few weeks ago and I'm deferentially clean.

I have pain at left side part of lower jaw. It's been 3 days it started. I have taken a muscle pain killer , it was a bit of releif and it started again.

I have suffering from throat burn and tonsilistis from last to month when we did gargal of salt water then tonsil stone remove but after a week again appear tonsilisties(tonsil stone)

I have burnt my throat while eating/swallowing hot food yesterday. I drank water, gargled with dispirin and had some honey and got some relief. But since morning the throat has been paining and I can see some swelling of a gland, most probably the tonsil gland. Since my doctor will be available only on the weekdays. What can I do till then??
