Dear sir, iam Ravikumar 26 years. From I was 6 years old i have been suffering from ear disease like infection and deaf both ears and I had to treatment in koti ent hospital bt that was not successed recently I have taken again treatment in one of the corporate hospital with IBM+TYMPONOPLASTY AND SINUS and again I couldn't able to listen still up to day It's have completed 65days my left ear dicible before 38 and now 42. Please give me best suggest sir

You seem to have undergone surgery for chronic middle ear infection known as chronic suppurative otitis media. Usually after successful surgery hearing should improve. In your case surgery might have failed or middle ear bones might have been dislocated. You may need revision surgery if diagnosis is confirmed
