Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor, From the past 2 days I'm getting sharp pain on my left ear. Today I took 4-5 drops of "Candibiotic Ear drops". I'm not aware of the reason of my ear pain. Please let me know if you have any suggestions to get rid of this pain and also let me know if you need any need clarifications. Thank You

There always having a long time continous eachness in my both ear from last two ears.... For this when i was going to ear specialist they told me its fungal infection in my ear but they r not going keep me out from this illness... I have a swollen lymph node on my upper neck near my hairline, quite firm, immovable not that big. i haven't been feeling unwell generally and haven't had any infection recently so am not sure why this has come up. My right side of neck gets swell about 9 month. A/c to doctor opinion i go for FNAC (11/12/17) and FNAC report is - Cold abscess tubercular also no malignant cells seen. In previous days(15/12/17) i take AKURIT 4 tablet (2 doses) & bekasule But now currently 30/12/17 behalf of this i take FORECOX (2 doses) & DEFCORT- 30 MG & bekasule. My question. Is - can my swelling decrease after taking this tablet or i will go for surgery for remove immflamate tb lymphnode. Also  if i will wait for decreasing swelling then how much time taken??? Because my swelling is very large.. & also sometimes is troubling me. Surgery is risky or not?? In this field laser surgery available??

I am easily getting prone to ruuny nose and cold if i stays in banglore and i didnt suffered from cold /runny nose when i stayed in hyderbad for 1 year ,but if i stay in banglore i will get cold atleast once in month.please help me with this

I have been having hives for quite some time (6 months). I was on anti allergy drugs before, but I stopped them after they became very less. But still, I do have them often.
