Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m suffering from coughing very severely. From last 15days. I have taken cough syrup but no recovery.

I am having cold for last 4 days ,I took cheston cold(4 tablets) and azithromycin (3 tablets of 250 mg)but still I sneeze and occasionally cough also

Excessive bleeding from nose and mouth for two and three days. And instant measures to prevent it at home. Please suggest.
