Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have nasal septum deviation problem since 2-3 years, my nose always blocked sometimes with difficult in breathing by that nose , every time when season changes my problem arises like head heaviness & heart rate increases.... I tested my brain, heart ECG, all the blood test which came normal apart from electrolyte low level & vitamin D at little low level ...... suggest me treatment cause I didn't find solution for this ( increase heart rate & head heaviness)

I get a bad smell wen sneezed n also wen i keep finger in nostrils ....pls answer wat as happened to my health..any serious problem .. I am worried very much

Hi, I always get told by people that I need to speak louder as I'm not audible. But to me in my head my voice sounds like a  normal volume, when I try speaking at a volume that is normal to others I feel like I'm screaming from my throat even though it doesn't sound loud enough. Also my throat hurts when I try to speak louder. Just wanted to confirm if this is an actual problem or something normal.

From my eyes I heard a buzzing sound came from it..I don't know why it's happened or if is it harmful for my eyes??

I would like to do nose piercing. I do not prefer gun shot. I wanted to know if the needle piercing is done by ENT doctors and is it by providing local anesthesia? If so can I have suggestions for doctors who provide the service.

Mild cold, malaise. No runny nose or sneezing. Since yesterday. Diet is okay. Avoiding cold things. Slept ok last night.

I have one or two small white dot on my right side tonsil there is no pain or fever or any other symptoms its was from last 1 to 2 month please can you tell me what it is and size of white dot is 1 to 2 mm only

I had a ulcer in my throat on the pharynx detected on 5th Dec this month. Its gone now but I am not being able to have spicy food and feeling something like a lump in the throat. I want to know if I should wait for some more time or get some test done

Have had this for the last 3 days, can't sleep in the night, have tried some home remedies but nothing worked
