Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I got jaw locked for quite sometime. a week back i went to an ENT, who prescribed me paracetamol with some mixture. but now it's been more than 2 days already that it reappeared. and it's even worst than previously. please help

Symptoms : running nose, light headache and sneezing right now need an right medication. Suggest me right tablets because buying tablets from medical store didn't help me as they were not giving right medicine for above symptoms

Before csom operation need to be audiometry ? And it is sure after csom operation audiometry will be increased ?

I had swollen tongue and lips and a sore, lump like thing in my throat and itchy+ runny eyes and a runny nose the entire day. I also felt feverish and really cold even when the weather is warm. This started in the morning and in the night i started sweating suddenly on my own without doing or taking anything and the symptoms decreased but didnt disappear. What is wrong with me?

My wife feel pain in her throat almost every day. Report has been attached. Pain is not much severe.

I had done ear drum surgery 3 years before..I'm feeling that I have lost some hearing capacity. Is there any chance to loss hearing capacity.Operation was successful at that time is there any chance to get repair of ear drum again in the future??
