Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother 56 yrs old, suffering in cough n cold, soar throat from last 3days. she is not able to speak properly. currently she is taking nicip cold n flu tablet and chericof ls syrup. need your suggestion and medicine recommend ation. she is suffering in diabetes type ll as well.

Ive been suffering from a cough and stuffy nose.Ot started out last Friday as a really bad headache and barely breathing through my nose.Now its painful and dry in my left nostril and its painful and cold when i breathe through my nose in my left nostril.I have been talking paracetamol and chest cough medicine since last Friday.I just want to get better and there seems to be no hope.

FNAC thyroid report(from the swelling of left love of thyroid gland-3.2*2.0*1.96cm) Smear show good cellularity showing many groups ,masses and clusters of follicular cell most of which are admired with and surrounded by many lymphocytes . Few groups of askanazy cells are also seen. Few scattered lymphocytes and plasma cells are seen in all the areas. Scanty colloid is seen in a slightly hemorrhagic background. Cytological features are suggestive of hashimotos thyroiditis. What it mean ? Is it in any serious condition? My tsh was out of range of about 23.25. Now with thyronorm 50mcg and homeopathy medicines Tsh-4.92 Ft3-3.43 Ft4-1.19

In March of this year I was hit on the nose with a blunt object causing bleeding and damage to my Columella. Everything healed fine but since then I have constant issues with my nose blocking up, it has gotten worse during winter to the point I can barely breath through it. Nasal spray helps but only for a couple of hours.

I'm 26 yrs old. I'm not able to breathe through my nose at night. ( Sometimes day also) After I apply nasivion spray ,I'm able to breathe through nose in night. I feel I'm getting bad breathe because of this. My tongue is dry also. Kindly advice as im worried Thanks in advance

I've been operated in 2013 but it seems like it's back again cause from the last few weeks I have lost some weight even though I'm eating enough and proper food , I'm feeling fatigue as well, sometimes headache, and a breathing problem, my heartbeat increased, and having a little pain in right chest.
