Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I’ve had a cough, runny/stuffed nose, clogged ears, and sinus issues for about a month. Is there a certain point when we know for sure that the sinus infection is bacterial vs. viral?

Hi, I am having runny nose from past many days and it happens in the morning mostly when I wake up from bed and one right side nose remains close mostly. I am not having any headache or sore throat. Also I am having itching and reddish eyes sometimes from last few days. Itching in eyes increases when I look into computer or mobile for little long time. Please help and suggest.

If I don't take levocetirizine dihydrochloride regularly, my throat starts chocking, runny nose,starts coughing, feels suffocated, hard to breathe. But once I take the allergy tablet I feel fine after 2 hours. I have consulted to ENT specialist, and was suggested to take L Montus regularly for 6 months daily. It's been 4 months but no one understand the kind of allergic problem which I am suffering from.

I have been suffering from cough for last 30 days and consulted with two physician but the condition is not improving... Taken antibiotics azithral 500 but of no use... The cough gets elevated in afternoon and evening... No disturbance in sleep... Kindly suggest a remedy...

Hi doctor, My husband has this scratchy kind of sore throat to long time..2 months now..we have seen many doctors and took medicine.one of the doctor diagnosed it to be GERD and gave gaviscon and said it wud be gone but same issue persists.My husband fears that it's something else like kind of cancer.He is very stressful now fearing for this.Need your expert medical advice .I am really confused on what to do now and whom to approach.
