Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have an red throat and white spot at right tonsil for 4 months. In throat a slow pain. I have consulted 3 doctor bot could not find best results. So please suggest me

My left ear feels clogged. Whenever I swallow I hear from the ear. This is my condition for last 3-4 years and I have checked many ENTs who told nothing problematic and even I had a CT for sinus which was normal. I also have neck stiffness for almost the same time but it all started with ear fullness. Is there a relation between the 2 problems ? Which is the root cause ? I even had my wisdom tooth removed but no remedies yet.

I can hear sound in ear when u lie down in bed . I feel disturbed due to that noise along with other noise I hear this sound .
