Sneezing, choked and badly running nose
I am suffering with sneezing, choked and badly running nose for around 4 years.
I happens intermittently and stays for few days and then goes away. This time it has stayed for around two month.
While breathing also i sometime feel my nose cold.
Please suggest me whom to see and what kind of treatment i should go for?

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
