Throat Infection
I was Suffering from throat infection and cough. So I took Azithromycin 500 and cheston cold. now throat infection is cleared. But due to cough I am facing back pain problem. So plz suggest me solution.

You seem to be suffering from post viral cough which is common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use dry cough syrups, strepsils like lozenges and steam inhalation for faster recovery. You can take over the counter analgesics for symptomatic pain relief
