Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My doctor ask me to take montia l, but I have bought Montek LC ...can I take it

Lump in the neck..no pain..no difficulty in swallowing ..its for my grandpa of age 84. But when he spit sometimes little amount of blood is coming....saliva is like thick fluid...from old days itself he is having thick like fluid ..wwhen tested tb but it is normal..then wat would be the cause

Have had violent coughing fits for 5 days now. For first two days also had sore throat and felt like normal cold. But past 3 days has just been painful, violent coughing and a bit of nasal congestion. Lymph nodes in throat are swollen. Very tired. Constantly awoken in the night from cough. Have taken cough syrup, cough drops, sudafed, they barely help. Concerned because it is making my throat tender on the outside. I also frequently almost vomit from coughing so hard.

Dis winter I had serious cough problem nd breathlessness. After stopping all antibiotics it is one tablet of Montek at night nd I am Ok fr d next day. But if I stop I again get back dat cough. Wat shud I do.

I am suffering from sore throat from 2 weeks ..it seems lyk something stucked in my throat? Today i saw a hole in back of my throat..what is it..?

My self Rahul Revne. I am suffering from cold since last 31 years. Simultaneously I am also suffering from other problems also . Like, 1 cough 2 headache 3 seviour back pain 4 bleeding from toilet 5 sometimes because of Cold not able to take breath. I have consulted many doctors. But not receiving good results. Currently I am also suffering from toung infection.there are many small boils on my toung. And because of that I am not able to take my food properly. Please let me know what to do. I am interested in ayurveda.

Have been having continuous cough with no phlegm. Tried taking cough lozenges but didn't help. Please suggest medication

I have nose blockage in one of the nostrils since a long time. When I get cold, the blockage becomes worse and breathing happens only from one side. Other times, breathing happens in both nostrils but is lesser in one of them. Please suggest any medicines/drops etc for betterment. I have a nebulizer at my home too. But don't know what medicine to use with it. Thanks in advance.

Suffering from cough from last 7 days. Visited physician. According to him it is dry cough/ pn drip. Got blood tested and x ray as well. Both are fine. Visited chest specialist as well. He also examined the same. Please suggest any injection for fast relief if possible.
