  4. Sinusitis pain. Should i do to curb it?

I have the problem of sinusitis from past 7 years but now from past 7 days i am having pain between my eyes and nose. When I take painkiller it goes away but happens again after some time. I am taking steam every day but that doesn't seem to help it. What should I do to curb it?

As per your description you might have developed rhinosinusitis.. need to be evaluated by local examination... visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
