Is my nose deviated ?
Hi, so I have been a mouth breather for all my life . At night my nose is constantly clogged and I sleep with my mouth open which causes me to snore. It is hard to breath out of one nostril at a time . During the day my nose is some times not clogged. My main questions is could my nose be deviated ?

There are many causes for nasal obstruction such as deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
