Frequent Nose bleed and bad mouth smell

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Daily nose bleeds at around 5am.Usually while sleeping sideways.Stops after sitting for 20 mins. Different kind of foul smell comes from mouth even just after brushing nd the feeling of something present in the throat persists always.I also have rheumatoid arthritis.Went to an ent.He did something like endoscopy.Found out that septum of one of the nostrils was a little deviated nd that there was a small white infected area on the voice box part of throat.Took the prescribed medicines, no change.

Recurrent nose bleeds can occur because of various reasons such as nose picking, hypertension, ulceration of septum, hemangioma etc. Treatment depends on diagnosis. You may need to undergo CT scan of paranasal sinuses and coagulation profile of your blood
