Deviated nose septum
Hello I am recently having tmjd issues. In my cbct I found that my nose septum is also deviated causing some breathing issues. Can you please tell me how badly deviated it is and hope its not required to go for septoplasty.

The indication of Septoplasty will depend on how much symptoms you have and how much does it affect your lifestyle So you can tell better than the ct scan
