I am taking cephalexin for tonsillitis and i was wondering if it is safe to smoke marijuana while taking cephalexin or if it will decrease the effectiveness of the cephalexin or cause any bad symptoms

Marijuana is not safe if taken with or without taking antibiotics. It's safe to avoid any drugs while on antibiotics. It may decrease the absorption of medication and it also may increase throat symptoms
