Baby with hearing loss

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My child had high bilirubin afterbirth.Exchange transfusion was done. Today he has delayed milestones and 100% hearing loss. My wife is A negative and I am B positive. Baby is A positive. CAN THE HEARING LOSS BE REVERSED??
