My left side ear is painting from inside after I vomit because of acidity. Please suggest me what should I do.

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to pressure changes in the nose. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use over the counter analgesics and anti acidity medications
