Throat Ulcers, Inflamed Tonsils, Rash
It started three days ago, began with fever then next day was a sore throat. Throat is extremely red with tonsils having white ulcers and inflammation. Mucus at first was brown but now its more of a normal color. However, skin brokeout badly and there's little sores all over my cheeks and around my lips and nose. I look like I have red spots all over my lower half of my face. I went to the doctor, tested negative for strep and the flu, so they said it was viral. Any ideas?

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
