Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Can having bronchitis lead to severe throat pain? Or is it tonsillitis which can lead to this kind of pain which results in difficulty while eating..

My daughter is 8 yrs she has adnoids problem now days she is always falling sick and is very weak and now she has got a lump on her neck below the ear is this due to that reason can it be cure

Hi i am going to germany and have issue with my nose and i am worried that it would be exaggerate in cold condition. So i want to ask whaat to do treat it.
