Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor, I am having pain in corners and eye lids in one eye nearly 3 months. Feeling i had cold but it is not. While reading text, letters I can able to read but above text the copy of the text is appearing half. But this is not double vision. Went to eye hospital and checked my eye power. Vision is normal they said. Along with eye pain, i am having nose congestion and pain in fore head (especially eye brows)and head. Will they may be sinus symptoms?

Pain in right side of neck since 3weeks. No fever no sore throat no other problem.there is no swelling also. Pain is also not aggravating jus mild irritating

I've been having a fever (soar throat, cold, cough, body pain) for 5days

I am having throat pain when yawning and swallowing. My ears also got blocked.

Ive woken up the past few days with a sore throat. However this morning ive woken up without a sore throat, but feeling very very weak and feverish.

Feeling a lump inside my throat . Which is giving me pain and can't move my neck. Should I be worried ?

My Ent surgeon doctor suggested "Bilovas Total" for 15 days, twice a day as i was facing some tinnitus kind of issues. I am already on anxiety medicines from 2 years "Pexep cr 12.5, mirtaz 7.5 and oleanz 2.5" Is it okay to take them together?

I have been having a headache what medicine should i prefer? There is a little bit pain also
