Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi , I had sneezing from past 6 months , I was under medication and now along with it dry cough with nose block haa started !! Please tell me what is the reason and also suggest some home remedies

In a fight , the person hit me with his head on my nose . It started bleeding and the upper part has swollen , and it pains when I touch my nose .
