Fish thorn stuck in neck yesterday. Rice and chapati swallowed but no relief. Homeopathic medicine taken. No relief. Please advise.

Whenever I travel to a hilly area from plains, my right ear starts to pain with a feeling of pressure building up inside the ear. I have visited some doctors but they suggested me for an operation to fix the damaged of the ear drum. Its normal when I stay in a place but only when I travel to a hilly place.
