Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having cough from past 2 years. Sometimes dry cough and sometimes mucus is coming out. I have consulted reputed doctors in Bangalore. What ever needy tests I did as doctors precsribed.

My nose is getting dry and all the sticky matter is getting dried and sticking to inside nose walls. and full itching i cant able to stop my fingers into nose. happening since 15 days. i thought it will go in a week but still continuing. please give some prescription

Its 8 day after rhinoplasty. my nose look like lion bridge and pig like upturned nose. can it will come down after healing.. i was not asked for tip also. just little narrow of my nasal bone and little alar for round nostril. how much time it will take to come again its postion. will my tip will be down

I think the bone of my nose has expanded due to which I am suffering from contionous cold

I have been having dry cough from last few weeks, actually its like some cough got stuck in my neck. No cold , no fever. Some times I feel totally fine, but some time very bad. It start after I bath. I feel some itching in my throat, which cause cough. I did gargle with both salt and disprin, but its still there. I took lorfast Am medicine for alergy as suggested by a doctor, but didn't work. Any suggestiins please ?

My 4 years daughter is heavily coughing during night. It stays OK during day time. can I give her Roxid 100 MG syrup for any kind of bacterial throat infection?

I am suffering from hypotyroidism. should i  take medicine if TSH and T3 level is under range and T4 is high 11.21.
