Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having swelling n itching near on either side of scm muscle bt not pain what should i do

My son is 4 year old and he has swollen adenoids and because of that his sleep is disturbed. Snoring like adult, mouth breathing, open mouth, hearing difficulty sometimes, irritated, as if like sleep Apnea. I consulted ENT specialist and after seeing X ray he suggested adenoid removal through surgery (special instrument where there. Will no blood loss but I have heard that post surgery complications might arise like slow speaking, impaired speech, hoarseness of voice, change in voice etc). I am not interested in surgery at this age. Any idea about homeopathy or Ayurvedic option? Due to this problem he has frequent coulgh, cold and allergy, runny nose , congestion etc. Actually because now this his day to day life has disturbed. Any suggestions.?

Whenever there is some loud music playing in the background, or if I have earphones plugged into my ears, there is some kind of buzzing like zzzz... sound in my right ear. This happens quite frequently, and causes some discomfort while hearing. What is the reason for this? Is this a sign of hearing loss? What can be done to remedy this and what do you recommend?

I have enlarged neck, show negative thyroid have done ultrasound too, nothing serious. ent specialist says only way to reduce is surgery, may be he is fake to gain monney, can i know what is radioactive iodine? how can i reduce my neck size?
