Echo in left ear since last two days

Asked for Male, 27 Years

While playing holi someone accidentally waved his hand which hit my left ear. Since then I am feeling difference in hearing as compared to right ear. Something like echo is felt in left ear. I am seeking for guidance, if any one can help.

You seem to have developed traumatic perforation of ear drum on left side Secondary to blunt injury to your ear. Usually it will heal spontaneously within few weeks. You should keep your ear dry and avoid use of ear drops
