Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My child snores heavily, condition got worse when he has cold. He was slow in learn to speaking. He has a sharp mind. Need help

My dad called me into his room cuuz something was irritating his ear where his glasses go , I have never seen something so weird... He has a bump that's squishy and kind of stings to the touch behind his ear on the top side , it's not in the crease though. It looks like a deep cut going through it but it's not an open wound. Again, I've never seen something so weird.

I had viral pharyngitis 10 days back and i didn’t take any antibiotics for that. Now I am getting a feeling that something is stuck in my throat and even comes upward when I cough.
