Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Im having a swelling at left lower ear and jaw and its being difficult for me to eat and its paining like hell. What would be the reason behind it?

I regularly use phone. From past 2 year I am having ear pain because using of phone. I think it is because of radiation.
