Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having a bad throat since morning. I am not able to eat and even speak. Drink water is a very big task because it feels so bad. I've taken some medicine in morning but that doesn't worked. Today is Sunday no doctor is available Please help me.

I am feeling pain in left side of my face like in forehead,in eye, as well as in upper teeth also and also suffering from cold from last 5 days my left part of my nose is blocked. Plz tell me what is the reason
