My son ia having adenoids and i waa suggested to get this tedt done and i would like to understand this report and how to get it cure . From last 2 days my son is suffering from cold and cough

My mother age 61 is facing hearing issue from past 2 months...we have to speak loudly.

Had antibiotics  for puss and ear pain and smal Rupture and got cured.within 10 days second time puss coming from ears.will it cause hearing loss?

I've been having a clogged nose for a month now. My mucus sometimes turns green as phlegm and there are times it would be white.

I'm having DNS problem since long back.... Couple of times I undergone surgery....Still it's not been resolved.....Later I consulted Apollo hospital....Dr suggested me for again surgery.....DNS is deviated towards right side ...N it seems closed my right nostril. I'm facing difficulty to breath easily. ...So my body is not getting sufficient oxygen as per the need.....So I'm breathing quickly ...Panting ....Is surgery needed or any other treatment is available...Kindly guide me
