Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Does Paracetamol or Taxim-o causes drowsiness and if it is so then what is the time till it remains effective????

Whenever I travel to a hilly area from plains, my right ear starts to pain with a feeling of pressure building up inside the ear. I have visited some doctors but they suggested me for an operation to fix the damaged of the ear drum. Its normal when I stay in a place but only when I travel to a hilly place. They also suggested me for a gromet but I am afraid with the surgery. Is there another way to cure my right ear pain?

I get cold too often. Nose is blocked. Difficulty in breathing.I have taken antibiotics recently but the problem is for the past 6 years.

From two days my left nostril is blocked by dark dense and sticky mucous whenever i try to remove it it never gets completely out this started a morning when i was cleaning my nose and a vein structured mucous came out from left nostril it was whitish from one end and blackish from other

I am having sudden nose bleeding from last 20 days. Flow is not very heavy. It stops after 5 to 6 mins. It's not regular. It comes after 3 to 4 days or sometimes after 1 week.

Hello doc... When I woke up,noticed a swelling on my right cheek but there's no pain or any thing. There's no change in my appetite ..everything is normal but swelling is still there. What could be the reason ? What do I do doc? Please help

Hello, I recently discovered I don't use my tongue while speaking most of the time because of this I cannot able to pronounce word R especially sounds like THREE people think as TWEE so they will imagine as TWO ,Normal R sounds I can speak like Read ,Red but unable to pronounce properly when letter R is in middle or end of the word ,when it is in beginning I could able to pronounce properly .can you suggest if I could visit a therapist will it can be cured properly , how many days I can take , or there any excersises are available so that I can practise . Please let me know your suggestion
