Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

2 months back i had extreme pain in left ear after being scratched while cleaning with earbud but it got healed up in a week. After that i had continuous high frequency noise going on in that ear whenever there is absolute silence. Is it curable? ENT specialist suggested STUGERON 3 times a day for 10 days, it got reduced a bit, but not completely cured. What to do ?
