I've been facing this issue from past few weeks..There is this yellow liquid deposit in my left year...

As per your description you might have developed infection in the ear..it might be in the outer ear or middle ear.. need to be evaluated by otoscopy.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
