Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having Yellowish discharge from my left ear before 3 months and still i am with these problems.my doctor gave me to take augementin bid for 10 days but there is no any progress then he ordered me cefuroxime 500mg bid and neomycin& polymyxin ear drop but i am breast feeding mam is that safe to take those medication while breast feeding?
