Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

This is for my brother. Loss connection between ear and nose .and he hearing cracking sound. He had cleft lip.it corrected when he was child.now he has contineus cold.

Hi the CT scan of PNS report says frontal, Ethmoid, sphenoid sinus are normal, maxillery sinus is polipoydal mucosal thickening, left side ottitis and mastoiditis.. Pls suggest what needs to be done

While playing holi someone accidentally waved his hand which hit my left ear. Since then I am feeling difference in hearing as compared to right ear. Something like echo is felt in left ear. I am seeking for guidance, if any one can help.

I feel there is something stuck in my throat and I need to gulp it down. Also, my throat gets too dry and I feel the need to drink water often. I don't feel any issue swallowing my food, and I can pretty much eat anything and everything (Non-veg as well). My throat doesn't pain that much, it's just a mild pain and disturbance I can feel. I don't have cough, and it's been 6 days now, can feel my tonsils are little swollen up, and that's the particular area with hurt a little on touching. I have taken "Tab azithromycin 500mg once a day & tab montair l before sleep. It's been 6 days of medication. Is it something serious? Please guide me.

From last night i have been problem in my left ear ! I can't even eat anything coz it's very paining !

My son complaint about pain and irritation in his ears. And sometimes for ear pain too and keep on shaking ears.

I've been having a tinnitus for 2 months ! I consult a doctor but not satisfied ! What to do ?

Continuous shooting ,like bees humming in the ear leads to heaviness in the head, seems to get worsened in the night.

I passed out and hit my head in the left temporal region and below zygomatic bone. Since then, I've had tinnitus, my ears haven't stopped buzzing for 2 weeks but I've noticed it's not as loud as it used to be. None of the doctors didn't explain it to me, nevertheless I feel like they completely ignored that information. What can all be the cause of this condition and how long can it last? I'm waiting for the ENT doctor appointment but I want to know someone's opinion. I'm 20 and female.

Hi Doctor I had baloon hit yesterday eve and i hàd bad pain for few min after that ok.. but still hve noise in my ear and low hearing. Is it normal. Wht to do ? Rgds
