Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Most of the times when I bend my head down i.e. towards the floor for a minute or two, water starts dripping from my nose. This happens mostly when I wash my hair in that way. I'm afraid if that's a serious issue or something normal. It's not because of any cold that I'm suffering from and I have noticed since sometimes that waters drips from my right nostril only. Please help

I had this problem since childhood. I was taking reconia tab 2b.D but now it's not available in market only riconia silver,LP and g are in market. I had Bell's palsy one year ago. Since then my food not digest . I wakeup arround 2 am and abdomen right arround naval. I had to take 2 tablet one ranitidine150 and pan d then only 50% relief. My all test are OK iron,throid,CTC,lipid,sugar all are negative. I have shown all profession doctor neuro,psycho,gastro but no relief. My current medicine equirex,prothiaden,nexnuron,goldcal,petril MD.I had taken dulane,nexito,neupride. If I take PANTOPRAZOLE 20mg 2b.D after meal with current medicine then 40% relief . can I take pan d or pantocid dsr after meal 2b.D. because it contain 20% more PANTOPRAZOLE. Should I shown gastro or e.n.t doctor or dentist because if I left this medicine some miner ulcer in my mouth and throat. Ayurvedic doctor says there is heat in my blood.

Hi recently I bought online one nose cleaning like bottle and press valve backside for nasal cleaning which saw in YouTube When I saw the video I thought might be easy little hot water flow from one side and comes from other due to press valve on bottle but when I was doing practically it doesn't come from other side it comes eyes water so I can't go further So I want to ask is it safe to use it at this age at 33 Or need recommendation from doctor Or my nasal is blocked ? I had a light headache sometimes I shown to ENT Specialist he said there is no any sinus indication So I thought of using this to clean my nasal

Dear Dr. I have blocked nose from 45days ,I have taken Alex syrup , wikorly and Mix 250 mg percribed by physician , but still it's not cured kindly suggest permanent solution...
