Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Painful ulcers in mouth, difficult to eat any food with even little amount of spice, for about one week

My son who is 2 1/2 year old and is suffering from cold, running nose, sneezing. Occasionally he is getting fever. I have consulted my pediatrician who recommended Mucolite,Alex Junior for cold and cough. Inspite of it, the cold has not reduced. Later we consulted ENT specialist who suggested my son has allergies and soft tissue. She recommended SInarest, Levolin,Gudcef and Montek LC. I am really confused and need help

It being 3 months now and mouth ulcer is not healing, i dont smoke and chew tabaco Please help me I have tried multi vitamin, b conplex and got 3 shots of b 12 as well

I have been having dry cough from past 6 months and from past 2 month pain in my chest is also started now. I have used different kind of medicines but neither is helping me. Please suggest something.

I did a blood check for T3,T4 and TSH where my TSH was found high and my doctor suggested thyroid pills. I did more detail blood analysis where the report showed vitamin D deficiencies, cholesterol etc. I do need more accurate diagnosis to get better on my thyroid issue. The report is uploaded

Sore throat on left side next to/ on the side of voicebox area for over a week now. it was swelling alot in the area,then about 3 days ago after trying to eat something , I could taste and smell pus as bad as abcessed tooth pus. it drained alot abut 4 times, then would drain a little every half hour to hour. now it is barely at all, throat still hurts a little, but I get ear, under jaw pain after eating and drinking. and some chest pain comes and goes with breathing. do I still need to be seen?

I did nose piercing after 2 3 days I had pus /blister I changed the ornament to silver but before 24 hours my nose was swollen and burning sensation started after that pus increased and more burning sensation like it's burnt. Now what to do?

Recently i could not able to smell or taste properlly. Still now i dint checked this with any of my family doctors..pls advice me as what i have to do..

Sorrow throat I feel so I take Montair lc and dolo 650 is it fine. Please suggest anything
