Dizzy, head spin, nausea. False falling. Spinning while changing head position. Diagnosed with Vertigo. But no maneuvers given. Only medication.

Hi, I have sinusitis (i feel I have because I have all the symptoms, i am not sure), it has been two days I have a blocked nose, severe headache, something burns inside my nose area between my eyes(), ears are also blocked face, has swollen like not much but little around eyes. Do I need to pay a visit or il take rest and il be fine?

Today my stomach started making weird noises the type you would expect when you are about to burp..but it was more of just a bubbly feeling and sound,this happened every few minutes and even sometimes continually one after the other. Hi , my 10 month old daughter is suffering from yellow snot & irregular fever(only morning) from past 5 days. Her nose is blocked so she is not able to breath&feed properly also there is running nose. I am using salina drop for relief from nose block but seem not improving the problem. also Paracetamol syrap. Please advise to get her relief
