  4. Ear very pain. Pain is very high.

Ear very pain...
My left ear is very painful...now dis time...2days use tab...yesterday pain is normal...and today past 1 hr very painful...in ear inner side...but I can't do this explains...pain is very high...

As per your description you might have acute otitis media or acute otitis externa.. need to be evaluated by otoscopy and local examination of the surrounding areas.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
