My son put an ear bud into my ears and then it started bleeding. Ever since having a headache, fever, and not able to hear properly with that ear

You may have developed traumatic perforation of ear drum. Usually it will heal spontaneously within three weeks. You need to keep your ear absolutely dry and not use any ear drops
