Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a running nose and itching in throat from past 1 day,even ears are blocked due to cold. Can someone assist me with this

I have been experiencing hissing sound in my ears from 1 day.. should I consult doctor?.any medications?

Ear is currently clogged and in server pain. There is definitely fluid build up. I have been messing with it and trying to get it to pop by squeezing my nose and blowing air out. Pretty sure I did it too hard which is why it hurts more. I am currently on antibiotics for strep throat. My questions are: will the antibiotics stop an ear infection as well or do I need a separate prescription? And is it too late to try hydrogen peroxide?

It seems to be scabs and underneath after being peeled has liquid and/or sores. It started around 8 years ago. Only on the outer ear doesn't effect the lobe and only goes as far as the beginning of the ear canal. Doctors say inside it's very clean says it's swimmers ear. The drops and antibiotic has seemed to work but hasn't.
