I have a blister inside my throat which is paining a lot ,i can see it when i open my mouth and i am not able eat anything.

You seem to be suffering from apthous ulcer of the mouth. Usually you may need to take symptomatic treatment like painkillers and local anesthetic gel applications as ulcers will heal within few days
