Small square thing in back of throat

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have this really weird thing in the back of my throat. I have a picture of it but not sure if I can send it or not. It's like a small off white square all the way in the back behind my tongue. The wiser you open your mouth the more it shows and it bobs up and down. I'm really scared now.

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis pharyngeus. Usually no treatment is required. You can try using antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
