Please suggest me what to do I have attached My aunt thyroid report she take Thyroid 25mg tab daily but from last week paining is more

Your aunts thyroid hormone levels are normal. Her ultrasound findings are suggestive of nodular enlargement of thyroid gland which my not be very significant. In any case she needs to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology of thyroid gland and continues with same medications
