What cough syrup would you recommend? We have Azibact LR 200 syrup..will it work? We need advice till we meet our family doctor tomorrow morning. Thank you

Azibact is a antibiotic syrup and not used for treatment of cough unless it is because of infection. Most of the cough in children are viral in origin and self resolving. Cough syrups are generally avoided in children
