Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a allergy problem n cynus.. so that I can not able to sleep at night ..n breathing problem , please suggest me some medicine or any other test.

I've acid reflux since past 4 year for which I've taken precautions after awareness and it's reduced to great extent but not cured. I still have to sleep with elevated head sometimes and still get sore throat n pain in ears.

Hello sir, my son x-ray reports says that he is having severe adenoids hypertrophy and doctor suggest for surgery. My question : 1) is there any treatment without surgery? 2) can surgery is permanent treatment for this problem or it will form after sometime?

I'm having severe mucus in my throats. Its really tough to handle it and also because of it I'm unable to breathe properly. I even tried mucinac 600 but it didn't worked.

Chaini khaini is kind of tobacco comes in filter pouch which stuck in my throat I guess , what to do?

Suddenly I started to feel some pain in left ear. It happens in a duration of 10 mins and pain feels like tik tik tik. I used to get this pain once in a day. As it has not hurts and leave me in a while. I left as it is. Later the frequency of pain was reduced and now am not feeling the pain. Now at times when you swallow something or move your Jaws, I feel like some thing was stuck in my left ear. But not sure what exactly is this problem or the temperature change is reflecting like this as I moved from a hot place to a cold place

My nose has developed a black stain due to a wound after falling on the ground. Please suggest a remedy to remove it.
