I had a fall and injured nose and lips. not lips have swelling and there was bleeding in nose. also now I some breathing problem

You may have suffered blunt injury to nose and lips. Immediately bleeding is expected. Reason for nose block is swelling and blood clots inside the nasal cavity. You may need to use anti inflammatory medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days
