Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been taking levofloxan. And cheratussin for a cold now ear is stopped up and hurting will the levofloxan antibiotics help with the ear infection or do i need another type of antibiotics

I have been having cough with little mucus( mostly in day time), have a mild pain on upper chest and throat area....

I have a chronic Sinusitis, every 8-10 months when there is change in weather conditions there arises an acute pain in the forehead just above right eye. The pain starts slowly in the morning and its at the peak at around 12 pm and slowly lowers by the evening. It happens continually for 4-5 days , everyday i have to take combiflem to get rid of this pain. Please suggest as its 4-5 days now, what medicines should i take

Have been suffering from nasal issue since few months now..cant smell anything and taste buds have also been affected. Sometimes feel sensation in nose while sneezing. Ive been having a lot of pain in and around my ear. They have been very stuffy too. I've been pulling black and blue looking things from them for awhile, this didn't hurt just itchy. I believed this was mold and fungus, otitis media. Trapped water being the cause, causing middle ear fungal infection. tried antibiotics and various ear drops, but to no avail. I then checked behind the ears , and there I've seen weird disfigured bumps and the ears looked twisted and turned inwards. Ill show pics

I underwent septoplasty 6 months back to correct my deviated septum. Since then I am facing problems breathlessness and cannot sleep at night at all. I also have dry nose and feels that the air dosent reach the lungs. I consulted the doctor and he said its allergy but I dont think so. Now I suspect that it is empty nose syndrome. Can ENS be cured?
