Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

The area beside tongue is red and paining since yesterday morning. I can't swallow anything and drinking water is causing pain too.

My son has had a lrg painless cervical lymph node for several months. About 3 months ago his tonsils also enlarged to the point his voice is muffled and he has trouble breathing/sleeping - no known infection, no pain. He's now 40lbs. US revealed several abnormal lymph nodes, the largest being 2.3cm. Cbc shows high platelets, Wbc (16k), monos, basos, neutros, & eos + decreased lymphocytes, mchc, & mch. The lymph nodes are growing. We have a tonsillectomy scheduled. Will that cure him??

She is 25 year old female. Has Sinus problem and suffering from some hormonal imbalance from two months. Homeopathic treatment is gng on. From past two weeks she is having acute pain teeth nerves, feeling ears r blocked with some pressure, neck pain, head pain, feel like  face muscles have  become tight. Went to the doctor on the 17/3, got diagnosed with tonsilitis, been taking penicillin twice day ever since. I just finished my last antiobiotic this morning, but I still have puss and mild swelling on my tonsils. They’re not really sore and no other symptoms. Do I need to go back to the doctor for more antiobiotics or should I just leave it and see how it goes?
